Professor Jamar Ocampo
Jamar did not discover his passion for health and athletics until he enrolled in a Brazilian Jiu Jistu class in college. This would prove to be a life changing experience for Jamar. A natural tactician, he fell in love with the intricacies of this particular discipline. As his enthusiasm for health and competition grew, he began competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, and MMA tournaments. As his skills grew, he began competing in amateur and professional mixed martial arts bouts. After experiencing his personal transformation into an athlete, his goal and purpose in life has been clarified. He is dedicated to bringing these amazing disciplines to the average person who would never consider themselves particularly athletic. He is determined to share this experience with others through demonstrating the power of dedication and positive energy. His personal testimony shows that health and athleticism is within everyone’s reach.
